   c) Undergraduate Research Scholarships URS (FY26 expense)
      - budget plan from Apr/25: 6*$6k=$36k, no travel supplements
      - propose a deadline of Mon Feb 23 with decisions by Mon March 23

      - need a motion to approve
      - need 1 member for selection committee

   d) Graduate Fellowship GF (FY26 expense)
      - budget plan from Apr/25: 2x$15k=$30k
      - Feedback from member discussion at AGM @ CAP Congress:
        - maybe 3x$10k instead of 2x$15k so more opportunities for student
          recognition
        - leaned against a limit of 1 application/supervisor, but some were
open to having a higher limit (2/supervisor)
	- to reduce committee workload, good suggestion replace research
contributions+CV parts of application package with a narrative CV
        - also suggestion to eliminate supervisor leter, require only 2 letters
from non-supervisors, since the supervisor letter is in
          conflict-of-interest
        - need to decide which (if any) to implement

      - propose a deadline of Mon March 23 with decisions by Thur April 23

      - need a motion to approve
      - need 1 member for selection committee
