6th Symposium on Symmetries in Subatomic Physics

Dear Colleague,

This is the third announcement for the 6th Symposium on Symmetries in Subatomic Physics, to take place in Victoria, British Columbia, from June 8-12, 2015.

Due to generous support from the Institute of Particle Physics and the Canadian Institute of Nuclear Physics, funds exit for conference support for students and postdocs. Please encourage your young researchers to attend the conference!

The conference covers the following topics in connection to fundamental symmetries:
Neutrino Physics
T and CP Violation
EDM Searches
Symmetries in Atoms and Nuclei
Lorentz and CPT Invariance
Symmetries in QCD
Electroweak Tests of the Standard Model
Dark Matter and Dark Energy
Beyond the Standard Model Phenomenology
Baryon/Lepton Number Violation
Rare Decays and Fundamental Symmetries
Heavy Flavor and the CKM Matrix
Cosmology and Fundamental Symmetries

Registration and submission of contributed abstracts is sill open. The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to February 15th, 2015. All talks, including contributed talks are plenary stile and we will have poster viewing during each afternoon coffee break. Each afternoon coffee break will be preceded by a half hour session in which the poster presenter gives a short 5 minute talk, to introduce his or her poster.

Please check our Web site ssp2015.triumf.ca for up-to-date information.
