he Hadronic Nuclear Physics Group at Florida State University invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher to work on the GlueX experiment at Jefferson Lab. More information on the research group can be found at http://hadron.physics.fsu. The GlueX experiment (http://gluex.org) has collected an extensive photoproduction data set, which allows for a rich program of physics measurements. We seek a candidate with a strong interest in the GlueX physics program to lead physics analyses of this data.

The successful applicant will be based at Jefferson Lab, will be expected to take a role in supporting the running of the experiment, and to provide guidance to graduate and undergraduate students. A Ph.D. in experimental high-energy or nuclear physics is required. Applications including a curriculum vitae, a brief statement of research experience and interests, and at least two letters of recommendation, should be sent to Prof. Sean Dobbs (sdobbs@fsu.edu).

Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
