Jefferson Lab has an opening for a two-year postdoctoral fellow to work in the Hall B Group. Hall B currently comprises 22 scientists, 2 joint appointments, 3 postdocs, and designer/engineering/technical staff.

The group carries out experiments within international collaborations using the CLAS12 spectrometer and other specialized equipment such as the HPS or PRad setups. The Hall B Group focuses on the three-dimensional imaging of the quark structure within the nucleon, meson and baryon spectroscopy and structure investigations, quark-gluon interactions in nuclei, and the search for physics beyond the Standard Model such as heavy photons.
