The Group of Hadronic Physics at the Department of Physics of the University of Cagliari, in collaboration with INFN, Cagliari, invites applications for a postdoctoral position in QCD phenomenology. The research will be aimed at the study of the internal structure of the proton, with a particular focus on Transverse Momentum Distributions (TMDs). The position is partially supported by the Italian Ministry of University and Research through the PRIN project "ProtoTaste", involving the Universities of Cagliari, Pavia, Torino, and INFN. The faculty members of the group are G. Bozzi, U. D'Alesio, F. Murgia, and C. Pisano. 
 

The successful candidate is expected to have (or be close to finishing) a PhD in Physics and to have a background in QCD and phenomenology of hadronic physics. The appointment will be for a full time position of two years, with an expected starting date in September 2024 (or earlier).
