The positions are for two years, with the possibility of one additional year contingent upon funding and performance. Applications received by 18 November 2022 will receive our fullest consideration.

 

We are particularly seeking candidates whose research interests overlap with two recently funded nuclear physics SciDAC-5 projects: 1) Femtoscale Imaging of Nuclei using Exascale Platforms and 2) Fundamental nuclear physics at the exascale and beyond. Skills of interest include lattice field theory, Bayesian inference, high performance computing, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and quantum information science.
