The Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of British Columbia invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in all fields of astronomy, astrophysics and physics.

The UBC Physics and Astronomy Department is one of the largest and most scientifically diverse in Canada. UBC researchers have ready access to on-campus facilities such as the TRIUMF particle accelerator centre and the Stewart Blusson Quantum Matter Institute, and carry out research at international facilities, including SNOLAB, CERN, KEK, and LIGO.
