The Department of Physics at New Mexico State University invites
applications for a postdoctoral position in experimental nuclear physics.
Our research group focuses on studying the fundamental properties of
nucleons and are involved in many projects including analysis of near
threshold J/psi production data from Jefferson Lab’s Hall-C, commissioning
and running the ALERT suit of experiments in Jefferson Lab’s Hall-B,
research and development of Cherenkov mirror design for the SoLID detector

The Nuclear Theory/Nuclear Astrophysics group at UC Berkeley expects to make one or more
postdoctoral appointments for the coming academic year.  Applications from all areas are
welcome.   The group’s research emphases include fundamental symmetries, nuclear astrophysics,
and lattice QCD. To apply and for more details, see:

Two assistant professor positions are currently available in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at UBC.  Any field will be considered. I encourage those interested to apply.

The faculty of the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of South Carolina, Columbia campus, invites applications for a 9-month, full-time, tenure-track position in experimental nuclear physics at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin August 16, 2024.

The Theoretical Hadron Physics Group of INFN and University of Torino is seeking applications to a two-year postoctoral fellowship in hadron phenomenology.

There is a new postdoc opportunity at UC Berkeley to develop and deploy AI/ML tools for exploring the multidimensional nature of QCD!  Please spread the word to any interested Ph.D. students nearing graduation.

The medium energy group of Prof. Vossen at Duke University invites applications for a postdoctoral research associate to work on our research program at the CLAS12 experiment at Jefferson Lab as well as the future Electron Ion Collider.
Our group plays a leading role in the exploration of the quark-gluon structure of the proton using semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering and related probes at CLAS12 and we are looking for candidates who can make creative and important contributions to our program.
