various formats, including Workshops and Rapid Reaction Task Force
meetings.

EMMI is dedicated to experimental and theoretical research in the area
of matter under extreme conditions of temperature, pressure or
density. The main research topics are:

- quark-gluon plasma, phase structure of strongly interacting matter,

- hadron structure and reactions,

The High Energy Nuclear Physics Group in the Physics Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a senior physicist to assume a leading role in the development of new technologies for High Energy and Nuclear Physics Experiments and data acquisition, control and monitoring.  As part of our research team, you will play a major technical role as a member of collaborations developing new detector systems for future experiments including but not limited to the Electron Ion Collider.  For more information on this position and/or to apply online visit:
