Research Associate Position in Experimental Nuclear Physics at the University of Michigan on PHENIX/sPHENIX
The RHIC group at the University of Michigan is seeking to hire a Postdoctoral Research Associate, with a start date between January and April 2016. The candidate will be expected to work primarily on analysis of PHENIX 2015 transversely polarized proton-proton data, as well as contribute to the development of the EMCal for the proposed sPHENIX detector at RHIC. The individual could be stationed either at BNL or in Ann Arbor.

The Sylvia Fedoruk Canadian Centre for Nuclear Innovation (Fedoruk Centre) is seeking a qualified and experienced technical and business manager for the position of Facility Manager of the Saskatchewan Centre for Cyclotron Sciences. The Facility Manager will be responsible for a) the overall management of a radioisotope facility including production and synthesis of radiopharmaceuticals; b) maintaining the facility in a research-ready state; and c) optimizing commercial income.
TRIUMF, Canada's National Laboratory for Particle and Nuclear Physics, is one of the leading accelerator centers worldwide exploring the structure of matter with a variety of accelerated particle beams. The 500 MeV cyclotron provides the primary proton beams that are used for the majority of TRIUMFs research programs, which consists of molecular and materials science, nuclear medicine, and nuclear physics and astrophysics within our ISAC facility.
