Postdoctoral Research Associate Position at North Carolina A&T State University
Please see the attachment for more information.
The Nuclear Theory Group at Brookhaven National Laboratory plans to hire a postdoctoral Research Associate to work in Theoretical Nuclear Physics, starting on or about October 1, 2019. The hire is supported in part by theTMD Theory Topical Collaboration to perform research into the three-dimensional transverse momentum dependent (TMD) tomography of parton distributions in hadrons at high energies.
There is an opening for a postdoctoral research position working at the University of York within the new hadron and medical physics research group. The project will involve development, testing and simulation of new PET detector prototypes made from CZT detector technology in collaboration with an industrial partner (Kromek Ltd). There will also be opportunities to contribute to our pure science research area as part of the appointment.
The lattice QCD group at the George Washington University anticipates an opening for a Post Doctoral Scientist position starting in Fall 2019, but a starting date as early as January 2019 is possible. The appointment is for a one-year term and may be extended to a second year, based on mutual agreement. A renewal for a third year is possible, contingent upon the availability of funding.
We wish to bring to your attention the attached faculty position in nuclear physics at Saint Mary's University. Please encourage qualified colleagues
